Reports To: Marketing Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Management Specialist will monitor he performance of the Clear Spider inventory management pilot program and provide data to support the Demand Incubator team’s decision to proceed or not with the full company wide roll out. The IMS will ensure data quality, collect applicable data and feedback, and monitor adherence to pilot program processes.

CRITICAL OUTCOMES

  • Vendor Managed Inventory program processes are documented, and critical issues are followed to resolution
  • Key metrics and costs are collected and monitored to support the final evaluation of the pilot program
  • A qualification tool is finalized to ensure potential accounts for full program roll out are approved based on set criteria

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect applicable data and feedback on pilot program KPIs; develop reports with manager that will be shared with Demand Incubator team; consistently provide KPI reporting to meet defined schedule to management
  • Support documentation of pilot program processes, maintain issues list including priorities, necessary actions, due dates, and follow up with action owners for resolution
  • Support product data team with auditing, researching, and correcting product data & digital assets as time allows. Product data is exporting into excel sheets and product attributes are added and adjusted as needed
  • Collect costs associated with pilot program implementation & post-implementation processes; document in a report to be shared with management
  • Monitor & document process adherence by pilot program participants; reporting will be shared with management
  • Participate in pilot program calls and meeting as needed
  • Participate in the development of a qualification tool for future corporate-wide roll out
  • Complete data entry tasks in Clear Spider as defined by manager

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of inventory management experience preferred

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Some travel may be required
  • Knowledge of plumbing products, Clear Spider, and Service Titan a plus!
